We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Officer/Marketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in real estate sales, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our portfolio of real estate properties.

1. Identify and generate leads through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with property dealers and owners within the city to drive business growth.
3. Actively seek out and participate in real estate exhibitions to promote company offerings and connect with prospective clients.
4. Present both available properties and ongoing construction projects to exhibition attendees and potential buyers.
5. Conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
6. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and launch compelling marketing materials showcasing our properties.
8. Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to strategically position our real estate offerings.
9. Prepare detailed sales reports and accurate forecasts for management review.
10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand our client base.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
4. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Pashto, Dari, and English.
6. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
7. Solid understanding of real estate market trends and relevant regulations.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
