Since our founding in 2014, we have actively worked in key areas including poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, education and skills development, healthcare, gender equality, women’s empowerment, agriculture and livestock, and environmental sustainability.

Our mission is to enhance living standards by providing quality education, essential skills, and better healthcare, while also promoting gender equality, increasing agricultural productivity, and supporting environmental conservation.

With a dedicated team of over 97 members and a robust network of partners and supporters, we are driven to create positive change. We value cultural diversity, promote social cohesion, and encourage cross-cultural understanding and respect. Through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and data-driven strategies, we ensure accountability and effectiveness in all our programs.

WDIO is guided by core principles of integrity, sustainability, accountability, innovation, empowerment, advocacy, and respect for diversity. These principles shape our approach to tackling pressing challenges such as poverty, access to education and healthcare, environmental protection, women's and children's rights, and long-term sustainable development.

Our Values
