Job Summary

The Customer Services Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the bank’s clients by processing transactions accurately and on time, answering inquiries, guiding customers on various bank products, cross-selling products, and building rapport with customers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that customers receive excellent service by providing quick and accurate information and processing requests as efficiently as possible.
  2. Ensure proper client identification.
  3. Verify account openings and account closures.
  4. Assist bank clients and guide them in completing required forms and applications.
  5. Communicate and promote various bank products to clients.
  6. Provide necessary documents and review files to ensure all required documents are completed.
  7. Handle and resolve client concerns and queries to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  8. Promote the bank’s image within the community.
Job Requirements

  1. High school graduate; university degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a banking environment.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills in Dari, Pashto, and English.
  6. Proficient in computer programs (Microsoft Office package).
  7. Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
